Swine Flu. I just realised something: If there's Swine Flu going around.. Are we still able to go for the camp in Kota Tingyi? I heard from the news that traveling is dangerous now. Please don't tell us that we can't go for the camp. I want my Flying Fox. Swine flu quickly over please! But I think it is reaching an epidemic state. Oh no. Something that I've long wanted to post. Such a laughing machine. I think I laugh too much and too unnecessarily. Which sometimes results in offence etc. :( Today is such a fun day! :D Went up for the SYF announcement thingy and sweated like mad. -.- You won't like it up there, I assure you. Sunny, hot, sweaty. And, ties pulled until damn high, collars buttoned. -.- Nevertheless, was actually excited to see the whole school from up there, but, it's actually nothing much. Haha, I didn't realise the classes actually had such huge gaps in between them though, the gaps looked huge from up there. I realised something: Whenever I didn't do/bring my bio worksheets, Ms Mong is always not here. HAHAHA Isn't it coool?  I love my new and cleared table, cos I can easily put things under it. Yay! I can recall how I used to squeeze things underneath it. -.-  Yan Lao Shi gave us cereals today! :D As we won IT in her mini competition. :) I love Honey Stars. :P And thanks Mrs Yang for giving so-called consolation marks. :) She's giving us 2 demerit points for Participation. Cos the whole class went out to get workbook and textbook from locker, except 6 people. Please, please, please, I hope with Yan Lao Shi's help, I'll be able to pass my Chinese summary. I seriously never pass before, be it small tests, big tests. Wah sian. :( Finally, Finally, one assembly not boring, not mentioning the front part though. Star Awards 2009 This year one quite nice, a lot of tactics. What parrot, helicopter, powder, fire-to-make-the-words-disappear tricks. Quite funny. :) Sad that 戚玉武 didn't win, but 陈汉伟 deserves the award. 李腾 was badly suan-ed for the Variety Show host award. HAHAHA. x) 董素华 won the News Reporter Award again, consecutively 5 years.(?) I guess no one will win til she retires or maybe change occupation. :O 黄碧仁 超级红星, not bad ah. Totally unexpected: Joanne Peh Best Actress Award. I think she got it by eating the bug in the last episode. TayPingHui is so cool. As in, calm. Like no emotions. -.- Nice show! :D Hahaha, Jeanette Aw last to get the prize! :D Was actually hoping her don't win cos I want to see how the news will report if she didn't win!!! Looking forward to school. I can't believe. Today is such a boring day, almost couldn't wake up just now. I guess I slept too much. I can't wait for some sort of excitement or anything fun, though MYEs are coming in about another 4 more days? Might be going out later! :) I hope, not with my mum. ;x /Edit: To comment on my post title, I realised that there's Maths make-up today. Omg, it starts at 9am lols. (It's like...8:58am now?) I didn't know the time okay! If not I will go, cos I did tick that I'll be going. -.- Not enough time to go now, no choice, have to go for tuesday one. Oops, too evil. I mean me, not anyone else. :) Damn unlucky today. -.- 1) Unluckily met Mr Faizal on our way during lesson time. 2) Was late for Art by 25 minutes and was hence scolded. Mr Faizal is such a....sucker. I'm such a nice girl today, help Ms Cheng with her Art marks. :) :) (I contradicted my blog title :O) I think I 越帮越忙. :/ + my impression of Ms Cheng is like, a damn fierce teacher. Cos she's like forever scolding us, everytime when she gets mad is when we're late. When Green Apple Green Tea meets "Chocolate Mini Pearl" No more Chinese titles! :D Very che_na and it seems as though my chinese damn good. -.- (不知道的人还会以为我华文很好呢!) Grades have been slipping since the 1st test to the 3rd test. But ya, 一落千丈. (Contradicting the chunk of words I've said just now, but nvm.) Today is a happy/laughing day! :D 1) SYF Gold! (Finally something to cancel off wishlist! :)) 2) Met Joan Koh just now (Laughing matter) 2 things are enough for the day. :) Received the message during English. We got gold, for SYF! It's quite good already, considering the fact that we got a silver for the previous SYF. Though during Flag-raising a lot of CCAs got Gold with Honours, Gold is good enough. :) High until we go over to CR to scream to Jiaqi, like omg. Didn't head over to BN though, thinking that they'll be still having lessons. "我们的心血总算没有白费!" (extracted from the script) I sincerely thank Lao Liu to be in-charge of us. Without her, I doubt we can even get silver. Or maybe 大刘老师, as a form of respect. What a funny incident just now. Tooooo funny. Went over to Sweet Talk (sp?) to buy BBT. While waiting for our drinks to be made, we were talking la. Talk talk talk, suddenly got one voice, "Chocolate mini pearl." We were like looking over to see who's the noob la. BBT Aunty: "请问你要Chocolate什么?" Person: *looks at menu* "Milk tea." I stoned there for 2 seconds. JOAN KOH. Thinking that Shuhui wouldn't remember her, I turned back, wanting to whisper, "Joan Koh!" When I turned back, Shuhui was like giving me that shocked face. I ended laughing cos the expression was like so funny, then ended saying "Joan Koh!" out loud cos I was laughing and 'whispering'. Immediately after saying, I turned back to see Joan Koh's expression, she was like staring at me. She heard it. She heard it. Thankfully, our drinks were ready suddenly and I threw the coin on the counter and ran. BBT Aunty: "小妹啊，你没有换钱啊! 她有，你没有!" "珍珠奶茶的诱惑" I should just stop having chinese titles. We're unlucky in the morning. Damn. It was like raining heavily in the morning. For 10 minutes. Then we are like the only people in the class carrying wet umbrellas la. Just when we reached shelter, the rain lightened and stopped. No flagraising. ( :) ) Today's maths lesson can only be summed in a proverb: "When the cat's away, the mice will play." I'm serious. Ms Chan didn't come today. Many people were doing their own work, including me. When Ms Ong walked around, to our area, Shuhui was like telling me, "Omg, the shuffling of papers so loud." If you don't get what this means, it just means that when she came around to check, people flipped from the work that they were doing to the worksheet that Ms Ong was going through. The shuffling was damn loud can, damn united shuffling. "See, so much insight, can use for exam and score A1!!" -Ms Kwek (Okay, not much link.) I chionged the MYE Revision paper during the lesson and at the end of the lesson, Ms Ong suddenly say, "MYE Revision paper due by tomorrow." People who hate me, clap. Stayed back for Bio test. I think it's somewhat screwed. LOL. Some questions don't know how to do. :( Sian la. Thanks Dayang, Ruijie, Fubin(?) and people who waited, for helping to take care of the bowl of Chicken Terriyaki. Sorry and Thanks. :) The way Shuhui found her water bottle is like so funny, can't help but laugh when I think of it. Her lost water bottle is placed on top of the vending machine. LOL! Went home with Jiaqi, Kairong, Felicia and Shuhui. Was laughing like mad can? I just felt Kairong's actions damn funny! :P Then on the MRT, we're like teasing Felicia. :P "位子要让给老人坐的，Felicia, 你坐." I hate Yan Lao Shi now, for making me miss PSG :( Cut into our Lunchtime, never even replace one. :@ PSG, queue up, until there, food all gone, resorted to Noodles Selection. Wth. -.- HAHAHAHA I hate the Inter-level Sweden quiz. Wth, 2BN's bell was sort of spoilt can? I saw them pressed the bell and nothing came out and the teacher called other levels instead. They could have won the 1st prize la, wth. Then, there was this Overseas Programme. I don't like travelling much. Always had a bad feeling about it. Ended the school day with the above title and some not-really-nice ice-cream. (LOL.)  Thou shalt touch Coke Zero. Like omg, I hate Coke Zero. You know what I taste? 罗汉果. Like YUCKS?!?!? Our fruit of labour. Indeed, Indeed, I couldn't find any other phrases to sum it all up than "Our fruit of labour." Today's performance was really good, not as in, like I'm very sure it will get Gold with Honours, but as in I really think it was our personal best. It was really great, though there were minor mistakes like my yellow cloth ( :( ) and we running a little laggy. It really gives me a sense of achievement when Lao Liu was exclaiming "中正超棒! 中正超棒!" and Long Lay Na together with Low Hwee Hwee (and the other teacher who came to help) coming out of the theatre with smiling faces, something which we hadn't seen for a really long time, and telling us it was very good. It just shocks me when we came out of the theatre with our props and we see Lao Liu jumping, exclaiming, saying it was really good, cos she has never ever said that before. And she even came up to everyone to shake hands, it might be exaggerating, but it was the truth. Siyu almost cried I think, and I thought I felt like crying, but I didn't, which was good. We had not stayed back so late everyday for nothing. We hadn't fold those yellow cloth so many times until we're frustrated for nothing. I hadn't chiong-ed homework during lessons for nothing. (-.-) We hadn't listened to Lao Liu's scoldings for nothing. Heard Long Lay Na that we'll be having a 公演, Idk when. But it wouldn't be as good as today, cos it's not as important. The spirit wouldn't be there la. That's the thing about SYF. It really boosts the spirit.  I might be missing SYF rehearsals. :) Omg, I'm getting emotional. I can't wait for the results to be out. The time has come, and I hope for the best. SYF is just tomorrow. Time passes so quickly, from the starting of the year where we kept slacking to now, where everyone's sensing the urgency, nervousness and anxiety of SYF. It's tomorrow that we'll show all that we've got. We only have one chance. I'm sure everyone will give in their best too. :) And, today we watched a video of our own performance which was recorded down by one of the teachers.(?) It was really funny to actually watch yourself performing, cos you'll start finding mistakes that you made and it's really some stupid mistakes that you didn't know that you've made. Hahaha. :) But it's good that you actually are able to watch your own performance, cos you can find out the mistakes you've made and improve on them. :D I hope I don't screw it all up tomorrow. :( If not, I'll feel very very very guilty to cause us to get COP :( Sian sian sian. Left my stupid charger at the Drama Room. -.- Now battery going flat already. -.- Can't wait for the next D&T lesson to finish up my work! Just too much work and just too little time?  This is the ChungCheng sky we saw when we came out of the drama room after placing back the props. No joke.  Wow, late until MRT so little people already. -.- And I missed my tuition lol. Can't believe I still brought my tuition stuff to school making it so heavy. ZZ Simply marvellous isn't it. People who hate me, cheer and scream but it wouldn't be for long. Cos I shall go for the make-up this sat if I can. :) Sian ah. Most homework given: Maths. Like every lesson also got homework one leh. But we shall overpower this stress! :D (LOL -.-) Helping my cousin with P6 maths, like omg, I want to go back to P6 maths. Today we were like asking Ms Ong can don't do the loooong question then Ms Ong replied: "I know very tedious but cannot don't do cos Ms Chan is here." in a whispering tone. HAHAHA I found this weird, cos I thought she's going to answer something like, "I know very tedious, but also must do, cos you will then be familiar with the steps etc etc." Today the VP came to watch our drama performance and said it was quite good. Like duh, which VP would say it's bad right? Then some other teachers came, like Jimmy Choo. Like randomly come in. And right, when going home, randomly stared at the admin block and randomly saw that the 4th floor of D&T block has it's lights on. Like omg, if I'm not hallucinating, I saw a black shadow at the window. Idk if it's smeared with black paint or grey paint or what, I know it's something black amidst the yellow lights. Like omg, I couldn't believe what I saw. Is there someone staying in the D&T block? I might be wrong about the black shadow, but I'm sure the lights were on. Uhh. Maybe I'm just hallucinating. ACJC. Bad day, bad bad day. Couldn't be worse. I screwed my Chinese. (Sian.) :( Like omg, my Summary is like..shit. Uber crap. Uber crap. I don't get the close passage, comprehension. Enough for me to fail already. Then, got some soya sauce onto my skirt for like no reason? During lunch I mean. Got forced to wear some dirty clothes during drama. Like omg, filled the air. Glad mine's not that smelly. If not will become like Xue Li, covering his nose everywhere he go, not because of anyone, but because of his clothes. (And Xue Li sucks okay.) ACJC rocks! :D Fully air-conditioned, no need to be sweating like mad like in the grand audi. -.- So coooool! "老师，她们迟到!"  I miss bright white clouds with the azure sky and not bright white sky with azure(or maybe even blue) clouds. Today break record man, 920 reach home. (+ eating time @ T1) Hahaha. :) Might as well camp in school right! But just don't camp as the spooky grand audi then okay liao. :) Phototaking is so squeezy. And I don't think I'm even looking at the camera. AHHHH I can imagine how it will look like when it's printed out. -.- Crap shit damn. I love today's PW :D It's the end of the programme already. :D Omg, how had I survived through this? I don't know, but I did. HAHA LOL. -.- YAY Claps for me :P And right, there was this Chinese Compo timed practice today @ LT1. Then we were like, went in to get the question paper. Then don't have the paper, so we decided to go and tell Jing Yi that we're not attending. As we went up, the teacher was like, "那两个迟到的女生,下来这里站." Then went down to explain etc. I just find the whole process damn funny, cos someone even shouted, "老师，她们迟到!!!" damn loudly. DAMN FUNNY CAN. Drama today, sweating like mad in the grand audi. Grand Audi is like hotter than anything else. And it's spooky, if I'm not hallucinating, I saw a shadow flash before my eyes when nobody's even moving. -.- I wonder how the teachers survive through if they stay until very late at night :O Alone, I mean. Training is getting tougher. :( Reaching home time also later. I pity Guitar most, 27th April SYF. Long fingernails and long tongues.  This week will be a really hectic week, considering the fact that we have drama rehearsals everyday and today is probably the earliest dismissal time we've got. We wouldn't see light when we walk out of school, for this whole week. I guess I'll be missing the sun and the bright blue sky. We'll be missing Bio test too, I wonder when's the retest. SYF's priority, sighs. I quoted from Shuhui, today's dismissal time was late yet early. It was the horrifying truth, really. And And And, if they are going to make us stay till damn late on friday and expect us to come as early at 7 the next day, I rather camp in school, serious. Today's assembly was too boring for words. What NYAA? I think the only word I saw on the screen was Drama, but don't get it wrong, I'm not that passionate or anything, it just caught my eye somehow. We skipped our ACC Test, three cheers for ACC! :) Geog test was well, manageable, but for now nobody's sure with the answer yet, so, I wouldn't pin much hopes. HAHAHA Back from T1 :) The food there is soooooo nice! :D Wahlao, today had a terrible stomachache. Gosh and I was practically suffering during the rehearsal. Still have to run somemore. Gosh. Damn pain can. Everyone said my face was pale. And, just when hope was coming towards the end of the full run, Liu told us to rehearse from the beginning again. At that time, I was like WTH want to scream already. But, due to my stomachache I had no more energy to scream. Idk what caused it though. Probably some minor food poisoning. x_X Sorry, Shuhui. And, UNI QLO is crowded as usual.  This sign reads, "Dear customers, we are closed for the day. Kindly visit us from 10.00am tomorrow. Thank you for your support." (Click on the picture for bigger version :D) Plus, it's not like the shop is really small. In fact, it's really quite big. Can't wait to get a UNI QLO shirt. (HAHA) When T1 becomes less crowded. Made a blunder in New Balance just now and I doubt I'll ever go in again. Like, gosh. Don't talk about it. And SportsLink was having a big sale. Okay, not really la. Was Sports Day fun? Today in the morning went to Tampines 1 to check it out. Very little people. Quite. Saw lots of DunmanHigh people, Temasek people, ChungCheng people. I'm like submitting to fate so deeply that I even forgot today is Sports Day. A few Dunman High people walk pass, "Eh today DHS also no school ah? So cool." A few more walk pass. "Hmm, really no school." Temasek people walk pass. "Wah, Temasek also no school ah? So 巧. Chung Cheng people walk pass. (Not from CDC.) "OMG TODAY IS SPORTS DAY." I think I have a powerful memory. Powerful. Anyway, Drama was super long can today. 5 hours. Marvellous. Today found Liu humourous. Kind of. And, Wenyuan was like, "We are one step closer to 荣誉金." My Chinese not so good mah, then I thought 荣誉金 was Certificate of Participation. Then I was like, how come Wenyuan will say such pessimistic stuff then suddenly she explained that 荣誉金 was Gold w/Honours. Gold w/Honours just seemed real far, real far away from us. Really. Despite this realistic state, I'm still hoping for the best. I mean, who wouldn't? Though it seemed unrealistic so. Glad I visited Tampines 1 in the morning. CDC released us so late. Was still hoping to shop more after CDC. LOL. I think everyone is sensing the urgency of SYF. Today's performance Liu didn't scold much. Probably because of the motivation from the statement: "Do a good one and you can go home." At least, we had a better one. Rouying almost lost her role. She's luckier than Siyu. A sense of arrogance. A change of perspective. Tomorrow no need wake up so early :) But, I'm not going for Sports Day ): Haiz. Submitting to fate. (Even if I don't I can do nothing.) 1stly, Idk what happened to my locker in the morning LOL. I can't open it even after trying 3 times. (No time already) Have a feeling that someone switched back my lock. LOLS. Cos, the fourth time I tried opening(which is successful), the lock was at the number 0. Like, Idk la, I just have this feeling. My music file was like trapped inside. :) 2ndly, Mr Ahmad didn't come today and we slacked the whole period. And Mrs Yang didn't come too for Geog and Ms Ong came in to teach Maths instead. Hahaha, change of teaching method. Use whiteboard to teach already :) Ppt slides, will sleep okay. At least, at least, at the very least, I've actually found it not boring. :) Lastly, Very few people came for drama. And they said they will take attendance based on memory - How are they going to do that? Confirm will miss out some people and those people so 冤枉 seh. Early dismissal cos when finished the props can go already. EDS was voting for their new committee. How democratic. How democratic. How democratic. Since when CDC committee actually carried out the Singapore Pledge? "...Regardless of race, language or religion, to build a democratic society..." Talked to some juniors and 冷场-ed. Random. Went googling Chung Cheng Old Library. Found very very old seniors' blogs.  Familiar? The young version of Mrs Susan Low. Well, it's stated on that guy's blog. HAHAHAHA. Okay la, some resemblance. :) Also stated in the blog that Mrs Susan Low was one of the more feared female teachers in the school that time. She has retired. Quoted from the blog: "This being the iconic building of the school.. the main auditorium where we attend weekly talks by the principle.. it includes the Art studio on first floor, the music class on second and a library on the third.." Secondly, chionged Maths during Maths lesson and the worksheet is like sooo long (although it's only 1 page) and never-ending. -.- Plus, you're kept under close watch by Ms Chan, who is sitting just behind. (pressure) Thirdly, PW seems screwed. But I thought the skit went quite well. :) At least I didn't forget lines! :D Haiz. More research and we'll make our project right. I hope? We need more research. We've turned the wrong way. Fourthly, there seems to be never-ending homework. (Edit)Lastly, today hor, Ms Mong spoilt our class screen. (BIM BIM BAM BAM. Super cool effect ah! :x) Almost hit her, luckily her reaction is fast enough. The screen was like hanging lor, swinging like a pendulum. LOL, teacher call people to come fix, super fast one leh. Student call people to come fix, 1 month still haven't come. -.- Maybe we should ask the teachers to help us report. :O Now we won't have a class screen(?) Plus, this thursday something major shall happen. (Minor in some sense.) I'm scared. I'm afraid. But, I wonder. I wonder what will we see. Mixed Feelings. I think I think I think I'm somewhat unlucky today. x( However, I brought my chem file cos I thought today have LSCB which in turn was needed for file checking. Phew. :) Just starting off with D&T. Mr Sim just scolded me for not listening in his class. (Okay I admit I didn't.) And the fierce fierce guy also scold me for not holding the wood steadily while using the cutting machine. (Okay I admit I didn't too.) I didn't dare to use the drilling machine because I was scared. :( (/Edit Thanks Lucas for helping me take out those taped pieces. :) I hope you didn't hurt your hand :x ) And right, the standard of Noodles Selection have dropped so much that Kampong Flare has a longer queue. (LOL.) Then was despo today and went to eat. I was like telling Shuhui, I totally recommend them to sign up for 抢摊大行动. (But the show over liao, must wait for Series 2) And during ELL was forever panicking whether Kwek will call me -.- Stupid seh. But I'm glad she didn't. :) Interaction period was okay la x) A bit diao-ed. (LOL.) And assembly, ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ. Wahlao, Sports Day Sports Day Sports Day. Prevention is better than cure. I suck. I feel guilty. Woke up at 230 am in the morning today. Realised my forehead was burning hot. Swallowed a panadol. (Don't worry, the Jocelyn you saw in school today is not an imposter.) Thankfully, the panadol and sweat sort of helped. Sweating is quite effective. Anyway, Prevention is better than cure. Yesterday night I already feeling a bit like, going to fall sick liao. Still go eat Durian Pancake. :x I never take my temperature. I still go school. I hate the feeling of staying at home, doing nothing. When I'm online, nobody's online. :( Anyway, happier things! Happy April Fools' Day! :D Today after flag raising was immediately tricked by Pk, Jasmine, Jean and Jiehui. "You all got study for the bio test today?" Totally tricked. I was like, "Crap, she never even say!?!?" Response: Happy April Fools' Day! HAHA It was a nice trick. They went to trick more people and everyone also kena tricked la. :D Ms Kwek was tricked by Jean, Pk, Ruijie and Xuerui. They say the class fund is missing then Ms Kwek really took it for real. HAHAHA. "AHHH! My first April Fools' trick!!!!!" So 激动 leh she. And more tricks for her concerning her clothes. HAHAHA. x) Nothing much more. But I felt really really tired during LSCB.
