today, 10/11/08 SAD LIFE!! I shouldn't have ate chicken rice for lunch lor.. Well, there's this chicken rice shop at Blk 823A Tampines. Super nice chicken rice shop! :] Well...It's quite far from my home so I need to take bus there? And it's my first time going there alone.. So yeah today I decided to try going there. :D I took bus 8 and alighted at Temasek Poly there. Have a walk a short distance before reaching the chicken rice coffee shop. So yeah, it's my first time walking so I followed my street directory and walked over. Then, when I saw the Block 823A, I practically jumped for joy! OMG I found it for the first time YAY! I was so excited that I practically ran over despite the rain............ Then, when I got nearer, I saw that the stall is closed?!!?!?!??! My first reaction was... Disappointment. It's like suddenly, all the excitement and happiness turned into disappointment. It's just bad luck alright, I comforted myself. Then turned into self-content. Yep, I comforted myself by saying I got my IP Zone jeans and all that.. Just think of anything nice to tell myself. So yeah, reluctantly.. I went back home.. No lah, Lunched at 201 instead. Well, I didn't tell my parents that I was going there so it's a good thing afterall. I didn't lie to them about eating at 201.. There's a picture I took...  Don't mind the green man. The one circled in white is the stall. And the red arrows indicate the route I took to reach. So yeah, I was walking forward then I turned my head, to see that the stall is closed. So yeah. HAHAHAHAHA. Just take this experience as a lesson to teach me how to take bus from my house to Temasek Poly and walk there. $1.20(bus fare) for this lesson, hmm..not really that expensive huh? |
